Student Application

Please complete the Student Application electronically. To begin the SCCTC application process, click on student application and create an account for CTE-360. You will need an application code to start the application process, for that code please see your guidence counsler. All applications must be electronically signed by student and guardian.

With Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (or a purchased Adobe Acrobat product), the form will open within your browser displayed by the Acrobat Reader software. To save the form to your computer, click on the three dot icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the Adobe Reader frame and select download to the directory or folder of your choice.
