Student Application

Please complete and print the Student Application either electronically or manually. To begin the SCCTC application process, all applications must be printed, signed by parent and student, and given to your sending school counselor.

- With Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (or a purchased Adobe Acrobat product), the form will open within your browser displayed by the Acrobat Reader software. To save the form to your computer, click on the three dot icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the Adobe Reader frame and select download to the directory or folder of your choice.
