Financial Aid Overview
Finances are an important consideration when preparing for an education. Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center participates in several financial aid programs for eligible students. The Financial Aid Office assists students in completing all applications for aid, and each student’s financial arrangements are tailored to the program for which he or she has applied.
Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center offers two basic categories of financial aid: grants and federal student loans. Grants are awarded based on financial need and do not require repayment. Loans, offered at low interest rates, are available through lending institutions and will begin repayment beginning six months after the student ceases to be enrolled at least halftime.
A partial listing of the financial aid available includes Federal Pell Grants, Federal Direct Student Loans, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits, Veterans Educational Benefits, and PHEAA tip Grants.
Additionally, the school works closely with WIOA and TRA/TAA program funding for students who meet eligibility.
A full detail of all financial aid available to students is available through our Financial Aid Office.
